Women’s Trips

Beauty, Community, Identity, and Leadership

August 2–8, 2027

Women are invited to join COR Expeditions for an upcoming trip. Location, activities, and cost vary depending on the trip. See below for details!

About our Backpacking Trips

Step away from the noise of daily life and into the vast beauty of the rugged backcountry. This immersive wilderness experience invites adult Catholic women to challenge themselves, form meaningful connections, and encounter God through adventure, prayer, and creation.

Journey through alpine meadows, ascend breathtaking peaks, and move through wide-open landscapes that awaken both strength and stillness. Rooted in COR’s four pillars - beauty, community, identity, and leadership - each day offers space to reflect, pray, and grow as a woman called to live with purpose and courage.

Through shared challenges and quiet moments of awe, you’ll deepen your relationship with the Lord and rediscover the freedom, confidence, and joy He desires for you. Come laugh freely, move boldly, pray deeply, and experience the clarity that only the wilderness can offer.

This is an invitation to step into God’s creation — and into the woman He is calling you to be.

  • “I came home with an abundance of patience and peace, more so than any prior vacation or retreat.”

    — Michael, Course Participant

  • “As a priest, I get the beautiful privilege to accompany young people in new endeavors. COR exposes them to hardship and endurance and challenges their mind and body. Participants learn to rely on the Providence of God as they journey in beautiful creation. COR offers a beautiful program, and the instructors are patient and knowledgeable. It’s a blessing to participate in these trips, and look forward to opportunities in the future!”

    — Fr. Jack, Chaplain

  • "It has completely shifted my view on suffering and capability of it. I have since walked each day and moment knowing I can suffer much more than I think and suffer well for the sake of the Kingdom of God."

    — Basil, Course Participant
