Verso l’Alto: Frassati Course 2026
Join COR on a once in a lifetime pilgrimage in honor of our patron, St. Pier Giorgio Frassati! This trip is a unique combination of challenging outdoor experiences and profound spiritual pilgrimage. Open to adults ages 18-40, we would love to have you join us as we honor a man fully alive in Christ, climbing the mountains that he climbed and praying in the churches where he knelt. This course is in collaboration with our friend and partner, Altum L’alto Pilgrimages.
High School Course
Current high school students from rising freshmen through rising seniors are invited to join COR Expeditions for a week of backpacking in the mountains of Wyoming, including a full day of rock-climbing and rappelling.
Young Adult Course
College students and young adults are invited to join COR Expeditions for an upcoming summer trip. Enjoy a day spent rock climbing + a week of backpacking, the opportunity for deep community, and prayer and the Sacraments in the beautiful landscapes of the Rocky Mountain West.
Wilderness First Responder Course
Join us for a 70-hour course that can take you from having no wilderness medicine experience to being a fully certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR) in just 10 days.

Professional Instructor Courses
The COR Professional Instructor Course (PIC) is an intensive training program delivered by seasoned COR staff, aimed at developing, assessing, and mentoring prospective COR full-time and adjunct staff into exceptional outdoor ministry professionals. This course is also advantageous for individuals involved in various ministry roles, Catholic leadership, or those pursuing an intensive approach to personal development.
