Anne Myler

Born and raised on the shores of Lake Michigan, Anne Myler spent her childhood climbing trees, catching frogs, and looking for any excuse to spend time outside. Anne studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, where she learned to see beauty in physics, calculus, and thermodynamics. She also enjoyed competing for the fencing team and earned two NCAA team national championship titles.

Anne was blessed to participate in two COR trips during her time at Notre Dame. The authentic community life of these trips combined with the virtuous examples of COR staff members fed her desire for Truth and inspired her to intern with COR following graduation. In the silence of the mountains, Anne was challenged to quiet her restless heart and find rest in the Father. That summer, she experienced an invitation to return to the Lord. Following her internship, Anne worked as a corporate engineer in Tennessee and Nebraska before discerning the call to join COR as a missionary.

Anne is a Wilderness First Responder and has led climbing, rappelling, and backpacking trips across the mountain west. The wilderness has been at the forefront of Anne's faith journey, and she is incredibly excited to share the peace, joy, and beauty of God’s creation with others.
